PECAN PIE- A Recipe from Nancy

Beat together thoroughly:
3 eggs
2/3 cup white sugar [I use Brown]
Dash salt
1 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup melted butter
Add 1 cup pecan halves
Pour into an unbaked 9” pastry shell
Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle come out clean.
Cool and enjoy!
