The following statement regarding this year's Bradford Home and Lifestyle Show was issued today by the Bradford Board of Trade:

Dear members, sponsors, vendors and supporters,

At a time when businesses need support more than ever, it is with great disappointment that the Bradford Board of Trade must postpone the 2020 Bradford Home and Lifestyle Show.

The unavoidable and responsible decision by the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury (BWG) to close all facilities indefinitely, includes the show’s venue, the Bradford and District Memorial Centre. The show, originally booked for April 25, 2020, is on hold until it can be safely rescheduled.

“It is so sad to do this, but we must postpone this popular and well-attended spring home show in order to keep everyone safe,” says BBT President Tina Martins-Morrison. “We’ll let you know when it can be rescheduled. Please keep yourselves healthy.”

The focus of the BBT remains on advocacy and supports for the many local businesses who have contributed to BWG’s incredible growth and community spirit. All vendors currently booked will have their spots secure in the rescheduled event.

We appreciate your patience as we work out further details, including the new show date, and, at this time of uncertainty, please support your local businesses.
