BradfordToday received the following letter about how the global green initiative can save the environment.
Robinhood Trading App: This community of traders has taken on the capitalistic giants of Wall Street.
Little Guys take on financial hedge funds and seem to win. I know these hedge funds play dirty and break trading laws often, and they have influenced their lobbyists, politicians in their pockets too to bring about legal actions against the little guys. What's good for the big corporations is not good for the little investor. Collusion in trading happens often by these big corporations.
Idea: Build an alliance between every Green Party on this globe. Green Parties in Canada, the USA, Central and South America and the EU would have the financial and political authority capable of influencing world markets.
Investing as a group into green industries, and against those corporate industries that pollute, care little for their employee's, destroy global environments and communities.
The Amazon: Let's buy it up. Save the globe's largest producer of oxygen and the most living creatures on our planet. Save the Aboriginal communities and get them involved in their region's management. Partner with smaller countries that surround the amazon, thereby having both a financial and political influence upon the region.
Oil Fields: Find uses for these areas that are not involved in drilling and harvesting oil and gas. Establish green industries in these areas. Global impressions of oil giants are negative, so get them onto our side through their investment into green industries and their communities.
Protection of clean water: Institute green management of the Great Lakes and their estuaries and other waterways. Clean, safe and managed transport of freshwater to areas in need of this resource can be carried out but not by corporations based upon mere profiteering. Freshwater is scarce throughout many areas of the globe. A dedicated third party can manage and distribute this resource.
The green initiative can become that third party.
The green global initiative will buy portions of the globe's oceans. If we own the land underneath the ocean we can demand and stop those who misuse these resources. If people can own property on the moon, so too the globe's oceans. I know this can give corporations the opportunity to own and pollute these areas also. Catch 22.
Simply put, a united global green initiative is the only way our world and its environment can be saved. Time and time we have seen profit-taking as the excuse to destroy and exploit our global resources without proper returns, mining an area but also returning the area to its proper environment.
A united global green initiative can unite greens, progressive forces to become financial and political influencers, protectors of this world.
