Fog advisory in effect for:

  • Innisfil - New Tecumseth - Angus
  • Orangeville - Grand Valley - Southern Dufferin County
  • Shelburne - Mansfield - Northern Dufferin County

Areas of dense fog will persist across the region early this morning, especially when little or no rain is falling.

Motorists should allow extra time to reach their destination.

The fog will lift this morning as a warm front moves through.

Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero. Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations. If visibility is reduced while driving, turn on your lights and maintain a safe following distance. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop.
