Be Well Chiropractic Health & Wellness Centre celebrated its 10-year anniversary on Wednesday, receiving a Certificate of Achievement from Mayor Rob Keffer on behalf of the Town of Bradford.
“Over the past 10 years, Be Well Chiropractic has developed a well-earned reputation for excellence stemming from the exceptional care you provide your clients," stated Mayor Keffer. “As you continue your work, I hope the next 10 years at your practice is equally rewarding and profitable."
Owner Dr. Leeann Ng together with her staff and practitioners along with members of council celebrated the anniversary with free cupcakes, snacks and bottles of water throughout the day.
“I want to thank everyone for showing up today. It’s been a quick 10 years, that’s for sure!” expresses Dr. Ng. “We started with a small team of six and now we’re a team of 12. I wouldn’t have made it this far without my team, my great practitioners, my staff… [and] our patients who have stuck with us over these last ten years, we thank you!”
As an essential service in the health care industry, Be Well Chiropractic was able to continue its services to the public without interruption during COVID. Many patients who were unable to find and receive chiropractic care during the pandemic turned to Dr. Ng and her practice for emergency care.
“I would even come in on my off days,” comments Dr. Ng. “I would open up the clinic myself and take in patients because they needed the help so badly."
The clinic’s services range from chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, and custom-made orthotics. Dr. Ng also specializes in providing care to expecting mothers and newborns, and is excited to add pelvic floor physiotherapy.
“Over a decade, we have seen thousands of patients walk through our doors, from infants to the elderly," notes Dr. Ng. “We have seen patients seeking care for both acute and wellness care.
