This postcard shows an early image of Bradford Co-operative Storage. It is undated, but check out those old cars parked out front!
The co-operative, located at 61 Bridge St. in Bradford West Gwillimbury, was established in 1945 and has been providing crop recommendations for decades.
It is a major supplier for greenhouse and nursery growers for everything from soil mixes, to pesticides, to packaging supplies. The co-op also holds an annual Muck Vegetable Growers Meeting – Trade and Equipment show.
