C.F. Crozier & Associates Inc. (Crozier), a leading consulting engineering firm in the land development and building industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of two vice presidents, Kevin Morris, P.Eng. and Jim Firth, P.Eng.
The company is also adding Janet Hughes, CHRL to its board of directors. These appointments will enhance Crozier’s technical expertise and services, as well as bolster the company’s continued business growth and strategic expansion.

Kevin Morris, P.Eng., Founding Partner, Vice President
As a 25-year industry veteran with expertise in municipal and private infrastructure, Morris has managed land development projects for a variety of residential, commercial, and institutional clients across Ontario. He has been crucial in shaping the company’s project management practices and is a hands-on mentor with an emphasis on client collaboration.
In his new role as vice president, Morris will lead Crozier’s construction services, practices and processes across all offices. Additionally, he will execute strategies to drive growth and work with the leadership team to support the development and launch of new service lines and geographic expansion. Morris is also a founding partner and board director at Crozier and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
Jim Firth, P.Eng., Partner, Vice President
Firth brings over 30 years of experience in land development engineering to his role as vice president with a focus on business development. He will lead Crozier’s business development strategies and practices, as well as support the launch of new key service lines and geographic expansion.
As a senior engineer with a network of established industry relationships and specialized background in business planning, Firth has directed multiple project teams and played a key role in growing the company’s Toronto and Milton locations. He is a partner and board director at Crozier as well as a licensed Professional Engineer and Designated Consulting Engineer.
Janet Hughes, CHRL, Associate, HR Manager
Hughes has over 20 years of experience in professional recruitment, HR policy development and employee relations. She joined the team in 2016 and quickly joined the ownership ranks in 2018. As a board director, Hughes will have a greater impact in the company’s governance while applying her skills towards enhancing the employee experience and strengthening Crozier’s recruitment and retention strategies.
