JC Nails & Spa held its grand opening on Saturday with family, friends and members of town and council there to celebrate.
The spa opened in April and offers nail, waxing and makeup services.
Owner, Cindy Tran said she is happy to have moved her business from Newmarket to Bradford. She has worked in the esthetics industry for 19 years and is grateful for all the support from the community so far.
"I'm excited," she said.
Her and her husband, Jimmy have lived in town for the past two and half years. The salon is named after the couple (James and Cindy).
For the event, Tran provided guests with light snacks and refreshments. Mayor Rob Keffer and Bradford Board of Trade's Ryan Charron presented Tran with letters and certificats of congratulations. Deputy Mayor James Leduc and Coun. Gary Baynes were also present for the ceremony.
To celebrate the official grand opening, the spa is offering clients 10 percent off for the month of September.
