For the 19th year, the Bradford Lions Club will be hitting the links for its annual Bradford Lions Golf Tournament at The Highlands of Bradford Golf Club, June 26 – and they are inviting the community to pick up their clubs and come along.

Tickets are $125 per person, a price that includes a barbecue lunch, steak and chicken dinner, 18 holes of golf and use of a golf cart, for a great day on the greens. The tourney includes a putting contest, two hole-in-one competitions, and prizes for Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin.

For more information, to reserve your space, sponsor the tourney or donate to the prize table or silent auction, contact Rick Chowns at 905-868-2042, or Kathy Howitt at 905-960-2041.

The event is a fundraiser for the Lions and its many community projects, from supporting Southlake Regional Health Centre, to sponsorship of recreation and minor sports in Bradford West Gwillimbury, to support for the Helping Hand Food Bank and the Santa Claus Parade.
