SATURDAY, NOV. 3

Holland Marsh Food Market

9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

1153 Canal Rd., Bradford

Fresh produce straight from the Holland Marsh, plus baked goods, flowers, Sheldon Creek Dairy milk, Homestead Farms eggs, and Fresh Acre Farms meat. Food trucks and firewood also available.

Evergreen Bazaar and Silent Auction

9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

St. James United Church, 2230 Victoria St. W., Innisfil

Crafts, bake table, children’s store, book sale, silent auction, tea and lunch room.

Indoor Bradford Farmers’ Market

10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Zima Room of the BWG Public Library, 425 Holland St. W.

Splendour of Christmas — Catholic Women’s League Christmas Bazaar

Saturday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Sunday: 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Holy Martyrs of Japan Catholic Church, 167 Essa Rd., Bradford

Crafts, homemade baking, new and used treasures, book sale, plant sale, Christmas cards, and an array of gift baskets, ready and wrapped for giving.

Lunch of soup, sandwiches, treats, tea or coffee available on Saturday only.

Proceeds raised at the bazaar help to support the operation of various projects of the parish’s CWL.

Christmas Gift Show

10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Remembrance Day Parade and Service

1-4 p.m.

Parade route goes down Holland Street (starting at Toronto Street), to Bingham Street, and then to the legion cenotaph at 115 Back St.

Come out to honour veterans and those who served. There will be a ceremony and wreath-laying at the cenotaph after the parade, followed by refreshments in the legion hall.

Holocaust Awareness Week event

2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

BWG Public Library, 425 Holland St. W., Bradford

Testimony from holocaust survivor Bill Glied presented by Michelle Glied-Goldstein. Through video clips and personal reflections, Michelle presents the Holocaust experiences of her father.

All are welcome to attend this free event. No registration required.
