Megathon

BWG Leisure Centre
Fundraiser for Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation and the hospital’s Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation Program.
Register in advance. Registration includes one 35-minute class or walkathon.
Cost is $30 for participation in five 35-minute classes. Activities include aquafit, kelani dance, bootcamp with a firefighter theme, BodyShred, cycling (on a Disney theme!), kettlebells, stretch, Zumba and yoga.
