SATURDAY, JULY 6

Bradford Farmers’ Market

8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

BWG Public Library, 425 Holland St. W., Bradford

Enjoy live music, meet local community groups, and find produce from the Holland Marsh and beyond, including plants, flowers and herbs, honey, dairy products, maple syrup, cured meats, free-run eggs, baking, preserves, as well as a wide variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables, and handmade arts and crafts.

Alliston Farmers’ Market

8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

51 Victoria St. E., Alliston

You will find warm, out-of-the-oven baked goodies, jams, jellies, honey, syrups, crafts, plants, local potato chips, meats from local farmers and, of course, fruits and veggies. Come enjoy some good food, meet new friends, and have fun.

Yard sale benefiting BWG Special Olympics team

9 a.m.

Parking lot of Tupling Insurance, 198 Holland St. E., Bradford

All proceeds will go toward shirts for the Special Olympics participants. Any remaining proceeds will go toward tournament entry fees and season-end parties for the athletes.

Please come out, purchase an item or two, and help make our athletes able to display their pride in representing Bradford this season!

Tottenham Community Week Street Festival

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Our annual Street Festival closes the streets of downtown Tottenham for a day of free fun and entertainment! Free rides, games, shows and so much more! Vendors, food and fun, celebrating community spirit.

Dancing under the Stars

7-9 p.m.

Friday Harbour Resort, 311 Big Bay Point Rd., Innisfil

All-ages, free event.

Lakeside Dance Studio will offer free instruction on Latin and ballroom dancing on the pier at Friday Harbour! Arrive as a couple or join by yourself to take part in this magical evening gazing out over the marina. All are welcome to attend this event.

Didgeridoo Sound Bath

7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Sacred Soul Yoga, 150 Dunlop St. E., Unit 106, Barrie

Cost is $30 in advance, or $35 at the door.

Get bathed in sound, featuring the didgeridoo, sitar, gongs, shruti box and crystal singing bowls. A gentle yet powerful experience for the mind and body. Tickets available online

All-ages, free event.

Enjoy a scenic horse-and-wagon tour of Tottenham’s heritage homes and buildings. This family-friendly 30-minute guided tour traces the founding of Tottenham, early thriving businesses and interesting historical sites. Arrive early due to limited seating.

A Taste of Freedom, 24 Mill St. W., Tottenham

All-ages, free event.

This guided historic ghost walk brings out the vivid, creepy ghosts of Tottenham’s haunted homes and paranormal sites. Hear carefully researched and historically accurate tales of bank robbery, animal ghosts, and eerie spirit hauntings!
