The York-Simcoe NDP is hosting a Virtual Town Hall to discuss the current state of the province's long term care homes. Although this event is hosted by the NDP, this is a non-partisan event designed to engage the public and to discuss solutions to the problems that have plagued the long term care community.
Panellists include:
- Candace Rennick, the Secretary-Treasurer of CUPE Ontario and Vice President of CUPE National
- Lynda Newman, from Actions Not Words
- Cindy Martin, Long Term Care Executive from CUPE905
and
- MPP Teresa Armstrong, Official Critic for Long Term Care.
