Festival of one-act plays kicks off with the two world premiers
The York Region Festival of One-Act Plays kicked off with world premieres of Warren and the Polar Bear by LA playwright and TV writer Jim Geoghan, and Choices, by emerging playwright and director at Playwright Niagara Renee Baillargeon. The festival, hosted by the Very Useful Theatre Company and Rotary Club of Newmarket, continues at the Old Town Hall today and Saturday.
