Bob passed away at home after a legendary battle with pancreatic cancer on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at age 71. Best friend and dear husband for 50 years of Ann. Greatly loved father of Shawn (Cathy) and Bryan (April). Bob will be sadly missed by grandchildren Riley, Alexis, Emily and Jake; siblings John, Sue and Bonnie; and many nieces and nephews. Bob enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his wonderful friends both at home and Kenhaven. His family would like to thank the staff at the Stronach Cancer Centre and Dr. Shaqil Kassam for their amazing care over the past two and half years. He was proud to serve the Toronto Police Service for 30 years. Upon retirement he enjoyed working for The Beer Store for many years followed by his dream job as a farm hand. A celebration of Bob’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, 115 Back St., Bradford on Friday, May 10, 2019 from 2-4 p.m. In Bob’s memory, donations may be made to the Stronach Regional Cancer Centre at Southlake Regional Health Centre.
