Eight charged as fireworks shot at crowds at Toronto-area beach on Canada Day
Toronto police say they have charged several people who allegedly shot fireworks at beachgoers and officers. Police were patrolling Woodbine Beach on Canada Day when they saw individuals shooting fireworks into crowds, at officers, and horses.
