INNISFIL - A 26-year-old Chatsworth man is charged with speeding and driving while under suspension following a traffic stop in Innisfil. On Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at 4:15 p.m., police were conducting speed enforcement on 5th Sideroad when an officer observed a vehicle travelling southbound at a high rate of speed.

A speed measurement of 123 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone was obtained. Police spoke to the driver and detected a strong odour of alcohol. After a fail was registered on a roadside screening test, the driver was arrested and transported to the South Division for further testing.
