Maple man charged with impaired following Hwy. 400 collision (2 photos)

A 27-year-old Maple man is charged with impaired driving following a collision on northbound Highway 400 at King Road Sunday morning.

Safeer Bhatti is charged with impaired driving and obstruct in the collision that destroyed the vehicle from which he was extricated by EMS at about 5 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, according to OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt.

The driver sustained minor injuries.
