TOWN OF NEW TECUMSETH - On Sept. 19, 2019, members of the Nottawasaga/Dufferin, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Community Street Crime Unit, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act warrant at an address in the Town of New Tecumseth (Alliston).
As a result, police seized a quantity of cocaine with a street value in excess of $25,000. Weapons and currency were also seized.
A 35-year-old male from New Tecumseth has been charged with drug trafficking and weapons related offences. He is due to appear in Bradford Court on Oct. 17, 2019.
