OPP to brave 'Coldest Night of the Year' to help the homeless

Members of the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) will be participating in the Coldest Night of the Year event taking place on Saturday Feb. 22, 2020.

Together with thousands of Canadians across the country, Nottawasaga OPP members will be walking and fundraising to support hungry, homeless, and hurting people and families in our community.

This is the first year that the Coldest Night of the Year will be held in Alliston, and we are looking forward to supporting our local community partner, Alliston Out of the Cold.

 Team "NottyOPP" will be participating in the five kilometer walk, commencing at 5 p.m. at Banting Memorial High School, Alliston, New Tecumseth.
