The South Simcoe Police Service is issuing another appeal for the public’s assistance following a fatal collision that claimed the lives of a Toronto couple.

On Thursday, July 21, just after 11 a.m., police, firefighters and paramedics responded to a two-vehicle collision on County Road 27 at the 3rd Line in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury. An 84-year-old man and an 83-year-old woman from Toronto were pronounced deceased at the scene. A 28-year-old man from Brampton was transported to a Toronto-area hospital, where he remains in critical condition.

The investigation is ongoing.

Police are issuing a renewed appeal to anyone who was travelling on County Road 27 on July 21 around 11 a.m., who may have witnessed the collision or the vehicles prior, or anyone with dash camera footage, to contact Sgt.
