Police continue to investigate Bradford LCBO incident

Police say the victim in the incident, a 28-year-old man from Toronto, is in hospital in stable condition

The South Simcoe Police Service is investigating a serious assault in Bradford.

On Friday, Nov. 19, 2021, at approximately 12:20 p.m., police responded to a report of an assault in a parking lot in front of the LCBO on Holland Street West. 

Once on scene, police determined that a 28-year-old man from Toronto was injured during an altercation in the parking lot. He was transported to hospital where he is listed in stable condition. Two suspects fled the scene in a pickup truck but were taken into custody nearby following a traffic stop. The investigation is ongoing.
