Police see vehicle driven erratically. Bradford man charged with impaired driving

A 25-year-old Bradford man was charged with impaired driving and over 80 following a traffic stop in Bradford.

On Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2020 around 11 p.m., a South Simcoe Police Service officer observed a vehicle driving erratically on Holland Street. The officer conducted a traffic stop and detected an odour of alcohol.  

After a fail was registered on a roadside screening device test, the driver was arrested and transported to South Division. Breath tests resulted in readings over the legal limit.

A 25-year-old Bradford man was charged with impaired driving and over 80. His licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven days.
