South Simcoe Police Service would like to notify the public that a missing woman from Innisfil has been located.

Forty-two-year-old Opal Dunbar-Adams was found safe and sound and has made contact with her family.

We would like to thank members of the public for their assistance.

INNISFIL - South Simcoe Police Service is appealing for the public's help in locating a missing Innisfil woman.

Forty-two-year-old Opal Dunbar-Adams was last seen around 12:30 p.m. on May 17, 2018 leaving her home for work in Vaughan. She did not arrive. Her family is concerned for her well-being.

Investigators believe she may have left the Innisfil area and may have travelled to the Parry Sound or Elliot Lake area.

Dunbar-Adams is described as:

  • dark complexion
  • black, shoulder length hair pulled back
  • 5'
  • 120 lbs
  • black glasses

She was driving a 2011 grey Mazda 3 licence plate BYJS974
