Two charged on County Road 27 going 133 km/h in an 80 zone

It must be Friday of a spring weekend! Officers on traffic enforcement patrols have laid two stunt driving charges this afternoon.

A 59-year-old Angus man was charged with stunt driving following a traffic stop on County Road 27 in Bradford West Gwillimbury. Officers obtained a speed measurement of 133 km/h in 80 zone.

Not long after that, same road and same speed measurement. This time a 20-year-old Barrie man was charged with stunt driving for travelling 133 km/h in an 80 zone.

Both drivers were suspended for seven days and their vehicles impounded for seven days.
