Two men face stunt driving charges after going well over the speed limit

Both drivers had their licences suspended and their vehicles impounded as a result

A 24-year-old Cambridge man is charged with speeding and stunt driving following a traffic stop in Bradford. On Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at 9:20 a.m., police were conducting speed enforcement on Dissette Street when a southbound vehicle was observed travelling at a high rate of speed. 

A speed measurement of 104 km/h in a posted 50 km/h zone was obtained. Police conducted a traffic stop and charged the driver. His licence was suspended for seven days and his vehicle impounded for seven days.

INNISFIL - A 25-year-old Bradford man is charged with stunt driving and speeding following a traffic stop in Innisfil. On Thursday, March 14, 2019, around 10:30 a.m., an officer observed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed southbound on 10 Sideroad.

A speed measurement was obtained of 139 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. The officer conducted a traffic stop and the driver was charged. His licence was suspended for seven days and his vehicle was immediately impounded for seven days.
