Fall Ferments at the Library

Learn how and why to ferment at this free Library event

Fermented foods have a rich tradition and are powerful gut healers.

They help to keep you looking and feeling great while preserving the best of the seasonal vegetables. Join Ashleigh Norris of the Soulful Sprout and learn about fall fermenting.

The cost per person is $40, which includes a recipe guide, hands-on preparation, tastings and a jar of ferments to take home. Fall Ferments will take place on Saturday, September 21 at 12:00 p.m.
