National Youth Week is May 1-7 every year, and it is a week dedicated to the celebration of youth and their active participation in their community.
Whether it is recreation, drama, sport, dance, civic engagement, art, volunteerism or leadership, young people are involved in meaningful activities during their discretionary time. National Youth Week is a time to honour their involvement!
BWG is celebrating Youth Week with take-home Youth Kits.
Get creative making some of these fun-filled crafts right at home. Each kit contains activities, instructions and craft supplies.
Kits are available for BWG residents only at a cost of $25 per kit, and you must pre-register.
All kits will be available for curb-side pick-up on April 27 and 28 at the BWG Leisure Centre.
