PIC or (Public Information Center) #2 was arranged to share the public input and comments received from PIC #1 and to demonstrate how they were incorporated into the Study. PIC #2 was also an opportunity to solicit feedback on the assessment of planning solutions, the recommended planning solution, the design alternatives, the evaluation of design alternatives, and the technically preferred alternative.Two virtual sessions were held on Thursday April 28th.
