Consulting firm, Climate Compass Advisors, has been retained by the Town of BWG to develop a Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Strategy (CCMAS) to address climate change risks and help the community adapt to a changing climate.
We want to hear from you! Your feedback is essential to ensuring the Town’s strategy reflects the needs and priorities of our community.
Whether you’re a resident, business owner, landowner, or visitor, your input will help shape the actions and goals to address the climate challenges facing BWG. We also invite residents to a Public Open House, where we will feature a presentation from our consultant, followed by a Q&A session with Town staff. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the strategy’s development and discuss how you can support its implementation. The Open House will take place on December 10 from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the BWG Library and Cultural Centre, 425 Holland St W, Bradford in the Zima Room.
