The purpose of By-law 2023-40 is to extend land use permissions for an existing Sales Centre on the property for a three (3) year period. On June 16, 2020 Council approved a 3-year Temporary Use Zoning By-law (By-law 2020-55) to enable the development of the Sales Centre (showroom/office) at the southeast corner of the property. The existing permission expires after June 16th, 2023. By-law 2023-40 maintains the existing land use permissions of the Agricultural zone, and permits the Sales Centre on the southeast corner of the subject lands for an additional three (3) years.
