Monthly group fitness classes … Zoom style! Join Fitness Supervisor Stephanie and Fitness Programmer Enrico as they lead you through a variety of 30-minute fitness classes from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a Zoom account.

You will receive a weekly email every Sunday that includes Zoom registration links to all the classes offered for the week.

  • Monday – Kettlebell @ 6:00pm
  • Tuesday – Bootcamp @ 9:15am
  • Wednesday – Stretch & Core @ 10:15am & Tabata @ 6:00pm
  • Thursday – Workout with Weights @ 9:15am
  • Friday – Stretch & Core @ 10:15am

FAQ:

  • How does registration work?
    Participants will register for the Virtual Group Fitness Series. This will permit unlimited access to all fitness classes for the month.
  • How much does it cost to register?
    $25.00 plus tax
  • When will I get the Zoom link?
    Zoom links will be e-mailed out on Sunday of each week. You must submit a Zoom registration for each class that you will be attending for that week (as classes will have a capacity). You can register for one class, a few classes or all classes!
  • How many participants will be permitted in each class?
    25
  • What if I don’t have weights or kettlebells at home?
    We recommend filling a backpack or duffle bag with books for weight.
