The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury is currently seeking one individual to fill a vacancy on the Committee of Adjustment for the remaining term of Council to November 2022. Meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of each month beginning at 6:30 p.m. and are currently being held virtually.
The Committee of Adjustment considers and makes decisions on minor applications under the Planning Act, such as minor variances from the Town’s Zoning By-law, granting permissions on legal non-conforming uses and consent applications related to the subdivision of land.
