Do you know someone who is struggling with slow Internet? The BWG Library now has Wi-Fi Hotspots that can be borrowed for free for a week!

During this time of social isolation, online connection is more important than ever.FaceTime with loved ones, catch up on the latest movies, or prepare for an upcoming report from the comfort of your own home, using one of the free hotspots available from the BWG Library.

Since you are reading this online, you might be enjoying high-speed Internet already, but please consider sharing this information with a friend who might live in a more rural area.BWG hotspots are a great way to access faster Internet and stay connected for free.

A Wi-Fi hotspot is a small device that broadcasts a wireless Internet connection. It can run on battery power, making it mobile,and provides unlimited, free Internet access to up to 15 Wi-Fi enabled devices at one time, including smartphones, tablets and laptops.

Any cardholder is able to borrow a Wi-Fi hotspot for up to one week at a time. Just like any book in the collection, our hotspots can be reserved and picked up at the BWG Library during open hours. Search for “wifi hotspot” in the catalogue to find and reserve yours today!
