Together with their consultant, the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury has developed the Draft Town Wide Urban Design Guidelines. The Guidelines will be used by the development community, Town departments, and the general public to ensure that all future developments — including homes, commercial and industrial properties, landscaped spaces, and more — reflect the local context and character of the town while incorporating innovative ideas and best practices. The Guidelines will help shape future development in the urban areas of Bradford and Bond Head, and guide the ongoing evolution from a small rural town to a medium-sized urban centre.
Two virtual public consultation sessions will be held on June 28, 2022 at 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
We will begin each session with a presentation, followed by a question and discussion period with all participants. The sessions will be live streamed and recorded to the Town’s YouTube channel.
