This spring, the BWG Seed Library and Helping Hand Foodbank asked our community to help with the ‘Plant∙Grow∙Share a Row’ initiative.  This program encourages gardeners to plant some extra vegetables in their garden and share their harvest with the community.  Now, as our gardens are starting to produce vegetables, the Helping Hand Food Bank is announcing special hours to receive this bounty!

Starting the week of July 12 and continuing throughout the summer, the Helping Hand Food Bank will be accepting garden produce three days a week:

  • Mondays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
  • Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The address of the Helping Hand Foodbank is 123 Moore Street, Bradford.
