With March officially underway, International Women's Day (IWD) will soon be here.

For over a century, courageous women have been advocating for the rights of upcoming generations of women. As we make strides towards achieving gender equality, there is no more opportune moment than International Women's Day to showcase this progress.

Taking place on March 8th, IWD is an opportunity to celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women around the world.

In Ontario, there are many ways to mark this important occasion and show your support for women's rights and gender equality. From attending events and marches to supporting local organizations and businesses, there are countless ways to get involved and make a difference.
