Sabari Orthodontics celebrates grand opening of Bradford office

The Bradford clinic opened in March and were excited to welcome members of the community to celebrate their grand opening

Dr. Shalev Sabari and his team at Sabari Orthodontics were pleased to welcome Mayor Rob Keffer, members of council and the Bradford Board of Trade on Tuesday morning to their official grand opening celebration and ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The office has been open since March and is located in the Summerlyn Shops plaza. The clinic offers treatments and services to create a picture-perfect smile.

Dr. Sabari opened his first clinic in Richmond Hill nine years ago and was prompted to open his second location in Bradford at the recommendation of one of his employees,  Director of Operations Andrea Flynn, who lives in town.

He says so far the community has been most welcoming.

"I love this town, you guys are very welcoming," he said. "We hope to be here for years to come."

Dr. Sabari and his staff split their time between both the Richmond Hill and Bradford location.

Mayor Rob Keffer congratulated Dr. Sabari and his team on their grand opening and noted how impressed he was with the atmosphere a design of the office.

"It really is eye-catching, and thank you for investing in our town," said the mayor.

He also thanks Dr. Sabari and the team for their contributions to the community so far, like sponsoring the town's Canada Day event.

Natasha Leskiw, VP of public relations for the Bradford Board of Trade presented Dr. Sabari with a certificate of congratulations.

"This is amazing. Congratulations on your grand opening and thanks for picking Bradford," she said.

"Welcome to our community Doctor, I appreciate you taking your second office here in Bradford, we really see this as a vibrant need in our community," added Deputy Mayor James Leduc.

Dr. Sabari has been practicing dentistry since 2008. Since the age of 14, he knew he wanted to be a dentist.

"My dentist inspired me, and when I got to school I liked more the planning aspect of dentistry," he said.

He made the analogy of an architect who plans and designs houses, to an orthodontist who plans and designs smiles.

"We design the plan, and my assistants and hygienists execute my plan and I oversee it. A lot of it is planning, and nowadays it is all digital planning," he said.

Dr. Sabari lives in Thornhill with his wife and three kids.

Sabari Orthodontics is located at 465 Holland St. W.
