Jan. 27 is Family Literacy Day. A day to raise awareness about the importance of reading and engaging in literacy activities as a family. Taking time every day to read is crucial to a child’s development. It improves a child’s literacy skills and it can help the parent improves their skills too.

Follow along with the story "Our Favorite Day of the Year" by A.E. Ali in celebration of Family Literacy Day on Thursday, Jan. 27! Drop in any time between Thursday, Jan. 27 and Saturday, Jan. 29.
