Update from Health Unit regarding local case of COVID-19:

Town of BWG Mayor Rob Keffer has been in touch with Dr. Gardiner, the Medical Officer of Health with the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit, with regards to the recently reported case of a Bradford resident who has tested positive for COVID-19.

Dr. Gardiner assures us that this case is travel related and that there was no community exposure to this individual. The patient and her immediate household members are in home isolation at this time while she recovers.
