County's next virtual webinar will focus on employees' mental health

Free seminar will focus on managing employee stress, supporting employees going back to work, concerns about COVID-19 and other issues

Business and organizational leaders are invited to participate in the next “Ask and Expert” virtual webinar occurring on July 16, which will focus on supporting employee mental health.

The session will be led by Hayley Peek, Mental Health Consultant and co-founder of “Supporting Through Struggle” and offer helpful information on how businesses and managers can understand and support their employees’ well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic and recovery.

This session will provide information and insights on:

  • Managing employee stress regarding return to work
  • Supporting employees that are going back to work
  • Managing employee concerns about COVID-19 exposure
  • Addressing the impact of working from home and being isolated
  • How business and organizational leaders can address their own mental health
  • Answer questions about mental health in the workplace
