On July 23, business and organizational leaders are invited to join marketing and communications experts to learn ways to market, communicate and engage with their customers and clients while navigating these challenging times as part of the “Ask an Expert” virtual webinar series.

The panel, including Communications Strategist Sandra Kahale, and branding and marketing experts Lara McCulloch and Heather Briggs, will explore what to say, how to say it, along with when and where to really connect with customers, show leadership, and build your brand bravely in times of crisis.

Topics will include:

  • What do customers want and need to know?
  • How can you address customer fears? 
  • What’s the 'new normal' for marketing your business?
