The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit reported seven more lab-confirmed COVID-19 cases today, three of which do not have a location listed yet.
A woman in her 70s, a man in his 30s, and a woman in her 20s are among the cases reported without a location.
The other four cases include two in Barrie, a woman in her 40s whose case transmission is listed as undetermined. She is a member of the staff at Owen Hill Care Community, which has been in an outbreak since April 24.
Two community acquired cases, a woman in her 20s from Barrie and a woman in her 70s from Ramara, are among the new cases.
The final case reported is a man in his 30s from Bradford West Gwillimbury, whose transmission is listed as close contact.
There are 11 people hospitalized in the region right now, and of those there are two patients in intensive care units.
According to Dr. Charles Gardner, medical officer of health, there are two patients at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital, one at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, one at Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare, and one at Southlake Regional Health Centre.
There have now been 360 cases of COVID-19 confirmed in the Simcoe-Muskoka region, including 184 recoveries and 25 deaths.
There are currently five long-term care facilities in Simcoe County. Bradford Valley Care Community was declared in outbreak on March 23, and there have been a total of 35 residents and 11 staff. Ten Bradford Valley residents have died as a result of the virus.
Owen Hill Care Community was declared in outbreak on April 24 and there have been a total of 22 residents and 13 staff confirmed positive for COVID-19. Four residents have died.
Other outbreaks include Bayview Retirement Home in Waubaushene, Whispering Pines Retirement Residence in Barrie, and Allandale Station Retirement Residence. At all those locations there is one resident confirmed with COVID-19. There was also a staff member at Bayview and Whispering pines confirmed positive with the virus.

Barrie (119 cases, 61 recoveries, 7 deaths, 1 in hospital), Bradford West Gwillimbury (80 cases, 29 recoveries, 10 deaths, 3 in hospital), New Tecumseth (24 cases, 17 recoveries, 2 in hospital), Orillia (15 cases, 10 recoveries, 2 deaths), Collingwood (11 cases, 7 recoveries, 1 in hospital), Innisfil (28 cases, 13 recoveries, 1 in hospital), Springwater (6 cases, 4 recoveries, 1 death), Midland (6 cases, 5 recoveries), Wasaga Beach (11 cases, 5 recoveries, 1 death), Oro-Medonte (5 cases, 2 recoveries, 2 deaths, 1 in hospital), Adjala-Tosorontio (7 cases, 5 recoveries), Clearview (6 cases, 2 recoveries, 1 in hospital), Essa (7 cases, 3 recoveries, 1 death), Ramara (5 cases, 2 recoveries), Tiny (2 cases, all recovered), Tay (2 cases), Penetanguishene (2 cases, all recovered), and Severn (3 cases) for a total of 339 cases in Simcoe County, including 169 recoveries.
There are also 18 confirmed positive cases in Muskoka, and 15 have recovered, one person from Muskoka Lakes has died.
The case rate (including lab-confirmed cases only) for Simcoe-Muskoka region is 59 cases per 100,000 population. The provincial average is 131.8 cases per 100,000 population.
