TORONTO – Heather Battiston of Bradford is $250,000 richer after winning with Instant Hit It Big (Game #2258).
Heather, 56, said she is a regular lottery player and loves Instant tickets. “I didn’t have a chance to play my tickets until a couple days later. When I saw the word ‘BIG’ I thought I won $25,000,” she shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her winnings. “I asked my partner to scan the ticket and that’s when we saw Big Winner. I must have screamed for 45 minutes straight!”
The mother who works in customer service, said she plans to share her win with her loved ones and enjoy every penny! “We plan to celebrate with a trip to Vegas when it’s safe to travel again,” she smiled.
OLG is currently booking in-person prize claim appointments at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto only for those claims that require a face-to-face interview. Customers with prizes over $50,000 are asked to call 1-800-387-0098 to discuss available prize claim options.
