The BWG Leisure Centre (471 West Park Ave.) will host all-ages public skating on Monday, Feb. 19 at 9:30 a.m. Everyone who participates in this leisure program should consider wearing a helmet and gloves while on the ice. Children nine years old or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, while food, drinks, skating aids, sticks, pucks, balls, sleds, chairs and strollers are not permitted. The Way We Were

Innisfil’s historical society caps off its busy weekend by asking residents to take a step back in time for ‘The Way We Were’ Feb. 19 from 1 to 4 p.m. Learn new ‘old’ skills like mending a sock, sewing buttons and polishing silverware. The event takes place at Knock School.
