CWL Christmas Bazaar kicks off a season of craft shows and church bazaars (7 photos)

Craft shows and Christmas Bazaars offer plenty of fun for bargain hunters.

The Catholic Women’s League of Holy Martyrs of Japan Catholic Church in Bradford hosted their annual Christmas Bazaar, Nov. 2 and 3 – two days of fundraising, bargains and treasures, held in the Parish Hall.

Shoppers could hunt for treasures at the white elephant and jewellery tables, pick up Christmas cards and religious items, browse for gently-used books, purchase beautifully wrapped and thoughtfully put together gift baskets, and stock up on hand-knitting, home-baking, and preserves.

Saturday also offered a lunchroom – all part of a tradition launching the “wonder and splendour” of the Christmas season.
