Lavender Polo Farm, a new family business this year in East Gwillimbury, is hosting a limitless picking festival this weekend, Sept. 9 to 11.

For a flat entrance fee of $20, guests can hand pick and bring home as much fresh lavender as they want with no time limit.

"The family and staff at the Lavender Polo Farm are very passionate about mental health and work closely with local organizations. This year, $5 per ticket will be donated to Talk Suicide Canada to support the amazing work emergency responders are doing and the efforts to offer Canadians some comfort and help during hard times," the farm's news release said.

The farm has five types of lavender, totalling more than 100,000 plants on over 150 acres of land. Other than picking lavender, there are photo spots, picnic areas and a gift shop.
