The BWG Diversity Group and World Citizen Youth Group made a special delivery to Bradford Valley Care Community Monday afternoon to drop off just over 250 handmade cards for the residents.
This was part of their 'Make a Card, Cheer a Heart' campaign, with a goal to make one card for each of the residents. The group put together the initiative two weeks ago as a way to bring smiles to those residing at the long term care facility.
Staff were happy to receive the large box of handmade cards to distribute to all the residents.
