Local yoga studio hosts second annual Christmas Market (9 photos)

Fifteen vendors from the area were set up inside Breathe Hot Yoga & Wellness Studio on Saturday for their second annual Christmas Market

Breathe Hot Yoga & Wellness Studio in Bradford was created to provide a positive environment that empowers people.

It was with this principle in mind that Rosie White, the face behind the studio, decided to step up and help new and existing entrepreneurs by providing a space to show their products.

With a mix of local, home based businesses and seasoned pop-up specialists, White filled her studio with 15 vendors from Bradford and the surrounding area.

From cozy pants to workout gear and from jewelry and fine art to rustic decorations, there was something for everyone at the Breathe's second annual Christmas Market.

Even if all your shopping is done and it’s time for a little self-care, or you’re long overdue to book that perfect getaway, the opportunity to shop local for the holiday season is right around the corner.

“Breathe is more than just a yoga studio. We’ve created a community and bring people in that are local that people may not have heard of,” said White.

In addition to supporting local artisans and entrepreneurs, one aim of Breathe is to be firmly rooted in our community, by supporting local charities.

As with all craft shows, the studio charged a nominal fee for the table space with half the moneygoing to a local charity.

“Providing a space for people to shop local is important, but we’re also here to help in the healing process,” said White.

“If people are grieving, maybe they are suffering from anxiety or stress, they need a quiet place, they need mindfulness, we’re here.”
