Police face off against Bradford high school in charity hockey game

South Simcoe Police Service officers are once again lacing up their skates to help fight hunger in our communities! The 3rd annual Copper Cup will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2018 when we face off against Bradford District High School.

The friendly match is held to raise food and cash donations for local food banks. This event's recipient is the Helping Hand Food Bank in Bradford.

The puck toss is for a John Tavares Leafs Jersey. Water, pop, chips and pizza are available for purchase at the game.

Come cheer on both teams for a great cause! Entry to the event is a non-perishable food donation.

The game will feature South Simcoe Police Service officers and students from Bradford District High School. Puck drop is 11 a.m. at the Bradford Leisure Centre located at 471 West Park Ave. Hope to see you there!
